Clownfish Cove Shipping Policy

We strive to ship all orders on the day you request via next day air. If we cannot ship on the date you request, we will contact you to arrange another date.

We ship Monday thru Thursday with special exceptions for Saturday delivery.

We want you to receive your order in amazing health so that you can enjoy it for years to come. However, we know problems do occur during the shipping process. Please follow the following guidelines to ensure your coral or fish have the best chance of survival.

  • Check the weather
  • Be home to receive your order
  • Open the box immediately
  • Properly acclimate your livestock

If your order does suffer a loss during shipment, please notify us within 12 hours of delivery. Failure to do so may disqualify your claim. When submitting your claim:

  • Notify us within 12 hours of delivery using the form below.
  • Provide photos of the impacted livestock against a white background. Be sure the photo is clear and shows the entire piece.

At the time of your shipment, you will be notified at your preferred email or SMS number and be provided tracking information.

All items originate from our location in Pittsburgh, PA.
